When my sister was in High School she was a scholar because she got a wonderful talents, she is a dancer. After her class she went on the market and help our parents to sale eggs and vegetables. My father is a vendor after our class we help him.

My First Make Up Workshop in Ramen Cool

"Simplicity is beauty" one of my fave quotes since when I was a High School until the day I became a wife and a mother to my son. Motherhood is beautiful but I admit that it is also full of stressful, it gives you pimples and till your baby face turns to wrinkles. I'm not literate in beauty products and even I didn't know the right way to apply that stuff into my face. I only have these three things on my pouch, the red lipstick, face powder and eyeliner.

Mhaan, the mommy blogger, the brain behind the Mommy Rockin n' Style blog, the make up artist. I am so grateful to her because she is so selfless to offer us a make up session and  to  share with us her talent in Make up for free. I know she is an engineer before, she resigned from her job and become a full time mom to her son until she used her passion to study make up and became a professional make up artist. Oh di ba? taray lang :)

Holiday season  is now approaching! So many things to prepare and list we need to buy. Every Christmas every family are so busy preparing home decorations, and the more exciting things is to prepares gifts for our family, church mates, friends, relatives, neighbors and love ones. Every December I always love to buy gifts and personalized it, enjoying putting it on the box and make them creative and putting ribbons. I want the recipient of my gifts feels so special and so that they will might not forget it. We all know that it's more blessed to give than to receive. But  of course for you to able to meet all the needs you wanted on this Holiday season we always consider our savings.

Why Do We Save? The Money Strategies for Smart Moms

Why is it too difficult to save?
The biggest reason why is it too difficult to save because of our family budget problem. Most of the time our budget in our pocket ay sakto lang pang rent ng bahay, pagkain, pamasahe papuntang work, pambayad ng utang, and bills. But that's the reality!

Though my husband is a seafarer, we're still wondering why it's difficult for us to save.

I'm so blessed that out of so many moms out there I was the one who was given a chance to participate this promising and impressive seminar about investing and saving.  Last October 22, Saturday,, the credible parenting resource backed by experts and a community of involved parents, held “Money Strategies for Smart Moms at Café 1771 in Ortigas, and I was there with my mommy blogger friends thanks for the invite :)

Herbalife Nutrition At Work Survey Reveals Filipino Millennials Desire Healthy, Active Workplace Environment

While the survey conducted reveals that more Filipino millennials are engaging in regular physical activities outside work, they find it difficult to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle in the modern workplace.

PHILIPPINES, October 27, 2016 – Herbalife Nutrition, a global nutrition company, has released the findings from its Asia Pacific Millennials At Work Survey1, which revealed that Filipino millennials are adapting a healthy, active lifestyle, however, most believe their current workplace environment prevents them from doing so.

Millennials, or people born in between 1980 and 2000, are opting for a workplace that will encourage them to stay active, if only this will be embedded in every company culture.  About 83 percent or eight (8) in 10 millennials have agreed that they would like their company workplace to adopt a healthy, active lifestyle.

With the millennial generation expected to make up 50 percent of the global workforce by 2020

We may not be aware that we are unknowingly putting harmful chemicals on our hair thus resulting to general conditions such as migraine, nausea and skin rashes. The symptoms may be quickly attributed to stress but if you look closer to that hair product you’re using, you’ll be surprise to find the culprit.

Popularity does not equate to safety, some popular brands sold in the market are loaded with mildly toxic chemicals that may be harmful in prolonged use.

Supporting Toddler Milestone with Groupon

This is a sponsored post, all opinions below
are mine through my personal experienced.

Motherhood is a gift from God. Being a mother is exciting, even though sometimes it's tough but the mothers love is patient and unconditional. Being a mother, I always look after my child specially in his daily needs. A mother's responsibility to her children is make them happy and guide them in to the right path. Teaching them a good moral and conduct, how to mingle with others, developing their socialization and teaching them about the word of God for theirs spiritual aspect.
My toddler

Having a child is a blessing so it's a responsibility to the parents to provide their basic daily needs. Raising a child means needing a budget for their food, clothing, check-up, medicines and vitamins. I always do my best to ensure that my toddler is protected from the products that I'm going to use. I am clever for our consistency providing the needs. I want my toddler feel comfortable and happy. I want him growing up  enjoying his childhood that I never been experienced before when I was a child because my parents were poor and every time I have something I wanted to buy like doll or toys, it's hard for them to buy because of a very tight budget. But I thank my parents because even if we are not rich materially but we are rich in love and integrity.

Supporting my toddler's milestone needs a budget specially when it comes to buying his educational toys, books and other educational materials for him in our home as he starts his journey. But did you know I found the right track that offers great deals in groupon goods? I am excited for these groupon goods to be my toddler's milestone partner because their site is user friendly. More great choices in groupon goods plus hassle free in purchasing goods no more ado's when you registering in groupon goods website.

Right now I know how to handle my budget in purchasing educational materials for my toddler because groupon goods has many available items not just educational toys but also other stuff for our kids and all the goods we need with low prices.

The Mind Museum BGC: Science Comes Alive!

Ladies and gentlemen, the Science circus has come to town!

MANILA, Philippines- Science Circus: Step Right Up! is the latest traveling exhibition of The Mind Museum. showcasing the amusing, the peculiar, and the extraordinary in our everyday
experiences, in the form of interactive exhibits that deceive the senses and boggle the mind. Be ready to #EnterTheScienceCircus is coming October 28, 2016!

While the nearly 250-year history of the circus abounds with awe-inspiring demonstrations of physical skill- such as high- flying aerial artists, to death-defying daredevils - the Science Circus challenges our traditional notions of a circus by focusing on the mind's "acrobatic" perceptual tricks.

7 Significant Things to Remember During Our Wedding + 3rd Wedding Anniv!

“A great marriage is not when the 'perfect couple' come together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.”
-Dave Meurer

Marriage is a sacred bond between two imperfect people which is made possible by a perfect God, and held together with limitless love, unshakable faith and undying devotion for one another ~Dave W.  Marriage is one of the things that women dreamed off in life like me.

Togetherness is Our Happiness
Building a family is not easy, I never wish or pray to have a long distance relationship. A family is meant for togetherness but God put me in this situation because for a reason. Because of the distance, it's hard for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary together. But thank God 'coz for the first time, God answered our prayers.

Today is our 3rd Wedding Anniversary. Lemuel and I are so thankful to God that we are able to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary together for the first time. Today is a special day because we're not just remembering the day that we got married but also the significance of our Wedding day.

Here are 7 Significant Things to Remember During Our Wedding Day:

Rings are symbols of love, sincerity and faithfulness to each other. They are round which symbolize unending love and made of precious gold which signifies priceless relationship of a Christian home. These are also visible signs of an inward and spiritual grace signifying to us the union between the couple, Jesus Christ and His church.

As a husband and a wife, you will start a new life together. This Holy Bible, where both of your palms are laid down, is the foundation of a Christian home. This is the word of God, a light to

Thank you August and Welcome September!!!

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. "

Prod:Review: Huggies Dry Pants Pull Ups

Time flies so fast now my Zd bear is wearing the XL diaper. Before when my Zd is one to six months old I just used the ordinary diaper. Yup! No brand name and it's very affordable. But when my Zd bear is growing up when he is six months old unfortunately he had rushes and allergy. Until it happened that his rushes became watery and turns red, almost all of the area of his private occupied the red and watery red rushes. I worried a lot and thank you to my friend who suggested Huggies Diaper.

Source: Huggies PH

I started using Huggies when my Zd was 7 months old with the medium size. Until now I still use it. When I switched to Huggies, my toddler never encounter any rashes anymore and he is comfortable on it. It's not wetly and even it's full, still there's no leak.

Being a mum we always want our kids to be comfortable because toddlers are always playful and active. In every step he takes I want my ZD boy to enjoy every stage

Family Saturday - Date in Nuvali Park Sta.Rosa Laguna

My family was invited by my husband's friend in Laguna. Thank God because even if it's rainy season, we got there safe and sound. They wanted us there to relax and take a rest first. They are really hospitable and kind. They even helped take care of our Zd bear. They are like our family or let's say that they are like our brothers and sisters. They are so excited to see and play our Zd boy and actually  our first visit there last summer we stayed there in our Splash Island summer venture.

Saturday afternoon we headed to Nuvali Park in Sta. Rosa, and it's our first time to visit that park. They are called also that park as a "People Park" because there's no entrance fee and you can also bond there with your family and friends. The kids are enjoying the green fields and also we are able to enjoy there fish feeding the huge of fishes that really amazing.

My husband and Zd were able to feed the fishes and they were enjoying it also.

Thank you to our friends for this another park venture in Nuvali Park Sta. Rosa Laguna

Saturday Family Date!!!!

Last few weeks we've been busy, specially my husband. One night he said that we have only few time to spend together because last month he started his review at Ermita Cebu Gems Review Center. He wakes up 5am and leaves us at 6:00am then he will at home at 8pm from Monday to Friday. During Saturday the schedule of his review is from 7am to 12:00pm. Quality time for us three (me, Zd, and husband) is quite hard but it's okay "if there's a will and then there's a way".

Last last saturday we had time to spend for family bonding in Quezon City Circle. We had so much fun specially our Zd bear he is the one who did enjoy there.

Zd bear and Lemuel had a chance to enjoy the moment through playing in the Quezon City Circle Play ground. They ran, walked, played the slides. enjoyed the biking.

My two boys

Father and Son Bonding

We hope that there's more Saturday bondings for us to come before my husband goes back to his work abroad.

What is your family activity every week end? It's my pleasure to hear from you guys. Thank you so much and have a great and blessed weekend!!!!

Last week, for the third time Nutri10 Plus sent a sample product from Wert Philippines.

I gave it to my niece Chrencee Grace. She is 2 years old. 2 weeks  before I received the Nutri10 Plus, I visited my sister in her house and I was surprised when I saw Chrencee Grace because she's thin and looking weak and my sister (her mother) said that Chrencee she was from fever and cough it's because of the weather. Her pedia gave her medicines and also a vitamins but I told to my sister what if you will try to change the vitamins of your Chrencee.

Nutri10 Plus Vitamins From Wert Phil.Inc
So I gave Chrencee Grace Nutri10 Plus Vitamins and after 1 week I visited her again and I'm so happy because she's more become active and happy baby girl. I asked my sister how she was with her new Vitamins she said that "Okay na siya at bumalik na ang gana ng kain nya at malakas na sya pakainin di katulad noong nakaraang linggo".

My Beautiful Chrencee Grace
Now I can say that vitamins really helps our kids and their immune system and also help them to boost their energy. I would like to commend this vitamins because Nutri10 Plus (Sports Active Formula) is a food supplement that helps promote over-all immunity, maximize physical growth and enhance brain development.

Where to buy?

My First Dental Cleaning Ever!

Moms are so busy day by day, specially those who are full time moms and also those working mom! It is important to make our own time for ourselves, just to release the stress and pressures that we encountered daily in our busy days. We need to pamper ourselves. Other moms prefer going to salon, meet old friends and so forth.

I am so happy because my husband treated me to clean my teeth at Cuerdos Dental Clinic near our place. That was my first time to experience cleaning for my teeth in the Dental clinic. At first I was so nervous because I thought when the dentist clean our teeth, there's a tendency na dumugo ng marami, but thank God my exaggerated imagination was not true!

While the dentist was cleaning my teeth she said that I have 6 tooth that needed pasta. There's three that as soon as possible needed to be fix or else I will suffer tooth aches. So my husband told me next time we will come back there again to have all those 6 teeth done.

Yay! Thank you my dear Lemuel!

Oh well, I just realize that we really need to visit our dentist and check our teeth. Because sometime we  are so lazy and wait the right time hahaha the right time na sumakit na yong ngipin natin bago pumunta sa dentist natin.

My zd's first Operation

It was Sunday afternoon, after our church service, when we opened the door, the neighbor's cat was approaching running straight and jumped up our family picture frame. The frame was broken and the frame glass are broke into small pieces! My Zd bear was there, Lemuel and I were clean the mess and made sure that nothing was left on the floor.

After a couple of minutes my zd bear went the area without his slipper and suddenly, he pointed on his left foot. When my husband checked his foot there's a broken piece of glass inside and my husband got it out.

After a week my toddler kept running and playing. One Friday morning after his bath, my husband checked his wound and he was surprised when we saw his wound na namamaga na and may nana na, we decided to take him to his pedia. When we got there the Doctor said that we need to operate him.

So the doctor started to give him an anesthesia. I think it's about 3 boosters of anesthesia. I really felt the pain he felt while my poor  Zd was crying while he was being operated. And while we're hugging him I prayed to God, said sorry for what happened. I told myself that I promise to be watchful and alert for my Zd. Though it's not our fault but I know this is a lesson for us to learn.

After his operation I told my zd boy, "zd boy it's okay na" and he replied "okay na! bye! bye!"
The doctor gave him an anti-tetanus booster and antibiotics and referral for his x-ray.

I thank God that everything is well. After this experience, I realized that being a mother is really hard. Being a first mum, when your child encounter some circumstances that really makes you a better parents. And every experience that I've been through has always a lesson.

What is your unforgettable experience with your child?

SPLASH Your Summer at Splash Island!!

I know this is very late since the summer is done and it's already a rainy days. But it's not too late to post and share our Splash experienced last summer in Splash Island!

When my husband was still in Braszil going to Singapore for their last port, we talked about Splash Island since his sister would visit us here in Manila, so we decided to treat them in Splash Island and also treat it as our gift for his pamangkin's 8th birthday!

My husband has a friend there whose house is fortunately near the Splash Island so thank God, may matutulugan kami. We arrived there in the evening. After our breakfast we were all excited to go to Splash Island.

Splash Island is located in Southwoods Ecocentrum Binan, Laguna, Philippines. Splash Island is the water park's family-friendly layout is set up with 17 thrilling attractions, the fantastic wave pool called Agos Grandes, stately palm trees, a water playground, and water. The park's most popular attraction, the Rio Montanosa, is a new breathtaking mountain high river raft ride that delivers its riders the ultimate thrill. Go tubular in the Big Bam Boo, a covered tunnel slide that leads straight into pure excitement. The King Pilipit, a swirling slide that is under rising pressure until a final drop dumps you in a pool,

Photo Grabbed from Splash
Source: Google
Lemuel and I we paid 500.00 each for entrance for all-day pass to Splash Island, and we've got discounted for our 5 companions - thanks to our friend who has discount coupons. If you're a residence there, you get 50% off. Bit it is case to case basis according to them.

This is the entrance, if you notice at the back, it says that "NO" food and drinks are allowed inside. So that so sad, because the price of their foods inside is very expensive. Yeah, promise! So if you're going there, my advice is eat a lot and drink a lot of water then don't bring any foods at baka pagsisihan mo lang. Even the 1 glass of gulaman there na 10 pesos lang outside it's 50 pesos and also 1 piece of corn it also 50 pesos. Whoa that price!!!!

From the entrance going inside the water park you will see the Souvenir shop and they have a lot of beautiful souvenirs there if you want, and also if you want to rent cottages also those available.
Nipa Hut- 1000.00, Family Hall good for 20-50 pax - 3000.00, for 50-100 pax- 5000.00, Aircon Cabana- 1,200 + 300 key deposit, Hawaiian 1 and 2 - 5000.00 + 500 Key deposit + I.D, Tree House-5000.00 + 500 Key deposit + I.D.

The Splash Island guide map. Then they also have scheduled map for each water mark leisure. So you need to be in a hurry because if you will not, baka di mo ma enjoy, because for example in the Big Bamboo slide it will open only in 1 hour after that wala na, plus ang haba haba pa ng pila. I only enjoyed the 3 Big slides there because our time na consume nalang sa pagpipila :( supper sayang!

Balsa River- One of my zd's fave, he likes it and di sya magsasawang bumalik balik dito.

Balsa River

Look at that little guy, he really enjoyed the water :)
Balsa River

The Rio Grande

Kuya Mj (Agos Grande)

Indeed that was a great, breath taking and joyful experienced. Thank you to my husband for this great experience and also to his friend. Though it's expensive, we cannot buy experience and happiness, specially to kids who really did enjoy this trip.

* Foods and water are not allowed inside
* No Free Wifi (You have to pay to able to connect to their Wifi inside the water park)
* Foods, water are too expensive and also their cottages and locker
* The water is itchy, I think it's because of the numbers of people there.
* Time for pila is too long and the hour of opening is short. I think 1 hour or 1 hour and half is not enough. Nakakabitin at para kang nag aamazing race - you needed to hurry para mapuntahan mo lahat ng attractions nila.

* The place is beautiful
* Experience and bonding wise, it's perfect
* If you're a first timer like me, you will be amazed at the place
* They are very strict and they will assure your valuable things secured on their locker.

If you have plan to visit this place you may avail of their tickets online through MetroDeal they have also discount their and also you might buy their ticket on the counter inside the resort.

2016 Summer Gala & Park Adventures!

Oh my, it's been a long time since I last blogged! I've been so busy because my husband finally came home :) (Ayeee, heart! heart). Since we're so busy it is also hard for me to update and visit my blog, so I missed bloggin. But right now I just wanted to share with you why I'm so busy last summer!

First, my sister in-law visited us here in Manila from Misamis Occidental and stayed here for almost one month with her daughter and son. While waiting for my husband I was able to bring my sis in-law at the parks near in our place. Her children were very happy because it's also their first time here in Manila to explore and experience new things that they never experienced in Mindanao. Seeing them while wondering what Manila is, I'm so grateful and I feel that they were really enjoying the place.

Wild Life in Quezon City

This park is near our place and the entrance fee is only eight pesos for adults and five pesos for children and students. This is a great park for family and children, good for relaxation and bonding. The environment is very nice I love the view and the animals inside the Park. Our our children were able to enjoy listening to the sounds of the animals like birds, monkey, snake and more. This park had also has fish ponds and you will able to experience fishing but you have to pay fist. We arrived in the place late in the afternoon so we're not able to visit the other animals inside this park because 4pm was the cut off time, but it's okay at least we really enjoyed the place.

Quezon City Circle
After the Wild Life, we also visited the Quezon City Circle, since both places are just near. As many of us know, QCMC has no entrance fee and there's a play ground there for children, my toddler and my husband's pamangkin enjoyed biking and playing slides.
During the night you might also able to see their dancing water fountain located in the center of the circle.

Of course after that tiring walking, playing and hopping we're so hungry and that's why we want Ice cream here in Coconut house with their home made Pizza.

Quezon City Eco Park
This is one of my favorite parks in Quezon City, we are able to walk inside their forest even if it's raining but we're enjoying the place. I love the view and ambiance when we're inside the forest. I told them that "it looks like we're in the province right"? My toddler did enjoy this experience and we had our Mini picnic there while naka umbrella kasi umuulan :)

Rizal Park Luneta
Luneta is a historical urban park in the Philippines. Located along Roxas Boulevard, Manila, adjacent to the old walled city of Intramuros, it is one of the largest urban parks in Asia.
It has been a favorite leisure spot, and is frequented on Sundays and national holidays. Rizal Park is one of the major tourist attractions of Manila.

We're so excited, specially the kids because they really wanted to visit the Rizal Park in Luneta. When we arrived there, my zd bear wanted to run anywhere so I let him run and enjoy the park. They rode the train, my zd bear was addicted to the train, he really cried out after riding the train because he wanted to ride again.
After riding the mini-train we are able to walk and my zd bear had a great time exploring this wide area and enjoying the place.
zd bear the explorer :)
It was really a great experience, thanks to these fun-filled parks visit with my sis-in-law. Through this parks adventure, we're able to explore, enjoy new ambiance and had new experiences. We're not just enjoying the place but we had beautiful memories to remember specially the kids and they are also learning from this experience.

Did you visit the parks? Where? Did you enjoy it?
