Thank you August and Welcome September!!!

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. "
~1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Hello there!!! Wow I'm very excited to welcome the BER months :) Parang kaylan lang, time flies so fast talaga. Anyways I just want to express and share my joy with my husband for all the blessings that we've been experienced for the month of August.

After of two months of Lemuel's  review in Cebu Gems Review Center (Seafarer's Review Center Ermita Branch Manila), he passed his board examination and we're so proud that finally my husband is now a licenced marine engineer.
Proud Passer, Thank you Lord!!

For his first week to 1st month of his review, he'd always tell me that it's very hard but I keep telling him,
"you can do all things through Christ. kayang-kaya mo yan!" Pagod sa byahe, pagising sa madaling araw, at nagkasakit pa ang kanyang mama at sinugod sa hospital, all those things are big factor to him na di makapag concentrate sa review nya. Every time we have a prayer meeting in our church I always keep included his review and exam to our prayer request list kahit paulit-ulit na. But I thank God because all things happen for a reason.

After he learned that he passed his exam, my husband bought a flower and cake and also a toy car for our toddler.

Thank you love for this!

In the evening, we continued to celebrate at Max's restaurant near in place. This simple celebration is memorable and full of joy and thanksgiving.

Truly, God is faithful if we are faithful to Him, We also learned a lot of lessons though we're so busy of those secular things but we always find time to the ministry, balancing our work, self, family, and ministry is very important. Ministry first before anything that's our family goals.

"Rejoice always" We learned also that whatever we do we should do all that for the glory of God. We just enjoy the moment the family activity and his review our family bonding every Saturday di kami nagwoworry sa mga needs namin because we know that God will provide.

"Pray without ceasing"  We've been praying for his exam long time ago pa at di kami nagsasawa. Every night and everyday lagi namin pinag pray, not just his exam but also all our plans in life. According to Proverbs 3:5-6  "Trust in the Lord with all your heart... in all your ways acknowledge Him..." We know that praying is very important thing that a couple should do. Prayer is part of our daily routine not just in every meal time but also before we sleep at night. Prayer is our personal communication to God.

"Give thanks in all circumstances" In reality specially, if you're in the roller coaster of your emotion, ang hirap magpasalamat sa Panginoon lalo na pag puno ka ng problema. But for us we always keep in mind that all the circumstances in our life is a blessings from God. God wants us to be strong and most of circumstances in our life taught us a lesson.

"The Will of God" Sometimes we don't understand what is the will of God in our life, no one can comprehend the plans of God in our life but we should be patient to wait His will and be obedient and faithful to Him.

So August 2016 is a month of God's favor for us. Thank you thank you Lord!

What kept you busy last August? God Bless us all!

  3. Praise the Lord! Your family have been faithful so the Lord has rewarded and blessed your family. :D I am so happy for you and your family, sis. As for me, the half of my August towards the month end went pretty bad because everyone of us in the family got sick with flu... But thank God as we are now recovering from the viruses that invaded our immune system. God is good. And He answered my prayers. Yey! Hihi ;)

  16. First of all, congratulations to your hubby for passing his exam. How sweet that his idea of a celebration is bringing you roses and getting your son a gift. Anyway, yes! Rejoice in all circumstances-- good or bad, we rejoice because like David, we know God knows what he's doing.
